What is this post about?

• Daily contact with the network of external collaborators – Mystery Shoppers, who carry out various Mystery Shopping activities (personal visits, calls, online tasks etc.);

• Assigning tasks (sometimes in remote locations) and keeping an eye on current projects, including schedules and deadlines;

• Help and answer various questions from buyers, not only related to the project;

• Support our other internal divisions, which are part of the Global Support Center (single center for Mystery Shopping projects around the world);

• Support the expansion of the Mystery Shopper network in many countries.

  What are we waiting for?

• Person already based in the Czech Republic (Prague);

• Excellent knowledge of Italian or French or German, written and spoken (you will be in daily contact with people from these countries);

• English B1 at least;

• Knowledge of MS Office – mainly Excel;

• Personal commitment, dynamism, good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Enthusiasm for new experiences and responsibilities;

• Customer support experience will be your advantage;
