Prague Spaceflow tenant experience platform houses 8 million

Czech digital platform for tenants and landlords Spatial flow raised 8 million euros in funding. The funds will drive the development and expansion of the startup’s products in Scandinavia, the UK, Benelux and the DACH region.

The Swedish investment group leads the round hydda. The partnership will make the startup an even stronger player in the tenant experience segment through integration into the Hydda ecosystem. The Swedish investment group is also aiming to unveil the European IPO with its entire real estate technology portfolio.

Launched by Lucas Balik and Jan Jilek, the Prague-based startup is leveraging the “Space as a Service” (SPaaS) trend to connect users to their buildings with features focused on bookings, payments, community, events and services. Spaceflow also serves as a platform for IoT and other smart building integrations, such as mobile access systems.

Lukas Balik, co-founder and CEO of Spaceflow, said, “Owners need to implement technology to unlock the full potential of their wallets and center everything around their end users. This collaboration with Hydda Group gives us deeper knowledge of the market and links with other players in accessory technology.

Philippe Goransson, Hydda Group Commercial Director, said: “Hydda aims to become the largest accessory technology group in Europe. Spaceflow is our first investment outside of Scandinavia and fits perfectly into the Hydda ecosystem. The spaces we use to work and live need a smart, easy-to-use remote. »
