Junior Consultant to the TAF team in Prague – Home

Main responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of financial analyzes and presentations for major private equity clients and for large corporations.
  • Handle financial and tax due diligence and cooperate with other team members who prepare legal due diligence.
  • Participate in the preparation of transfer pricing studies.
  • Assistance in the compilation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with CAS and IFRS.
  • Participate in tax analyzes and income tax calculations in collaboration with the tax advisors of our TAF team.
  • Your ideal profile

  • University education in economics (a specialization in accounting, finance or taxation is an advantage).
  • You enjoy analyzing numbers and are finance/accounting/tax oriented (or willing to learn).
  • Experience in financial analysis or auditing is an advantage (not a requirement).
  • You don’t like routine and repetitive projects
  • You speak and write English at an advanced level; you have knowledge of Czech at an advanced level or a native speaker.
  • You are a team player and at the same time you can work independently.
  • You are friendly and communicative.
  • And above all, you are not afraid of new challenges.
