IVECO BUS will provide up to 253 buses for the city of Prague

IVECO BUS, a brand of the Iveco Group (MI: IVG) and one of the leading manufacturers of buses and coaches, has signed three framework agreements with DPP, the public transport company in Prague, for the supply of a maximum of 253 buses between 2022 and 2027 for the Capital of the Czech Republic.
The agreements cover the purchase of three different IVECO BUS models to meet DPP’s needs: up to 10 CROSSWAY Low Entry 14.5m buses, up to 100 STREETWAY 12m buses and up to 143 STREETWAY buses 18m.
Both STREETWAY and CROSSWAY have been designed to offer maximum economic and operational efficiency and are renowned for their comfort, the Low Entry concept guaranteeing excellent accessibility for all passengers entering and exiting the vehicle. All buses will be equipped with the latest Cursor 9 engine developed by FPT Industrial, the Iveco Group’s global brand specializing in propulsion systems, guaranteeing vehicles compliance with Euro VI standards and guaranteeing over 95% NOX conversion efficiency.
