Event managers with French/English


While we started in 2008 as a specialist in language services (interpreting and translation), the Solten Group has been organizing meetings, conferences and seminars for international clients all over the world for the past few years. Our clients are currently mainly international organizations such as the United Nations or the OSCE.

We have organized international meetings and conferences for 20 to 1,200 participants, on all continents including destinations such as Nepal, Zambia, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Colombia, Uzbekistan, Uganda, Mexico, the French Caribbean, etc.

In order for our clients to focus on the content of their events, we take care of all the organizational aspects. The scope of our work is different for each event but may include accommodation, catering, flights, local transport, meeting rooms, audiovisual, hostesses, security, interpretation, translation, transcription, the virtual event and the application, communication, visuals, decoration, goodies, etc.

By joining our team as a Junior or Senior Event Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare technical and financial offers for quote requests from international customers;

  • Follow up with customers until our offers are accepted;

  • Manage the preparation of the event and the coordination with the client’s team;

  • Selection of suppliers and team for your events;

  • Manage the event on site;

  • Conclude projects with the client and ensure client satisfaction.


  • A good level of French because some of our clients are only French-speaking;

  • Fluent English;

  • Training or first experiences in Project Management or Event Management for Junior positions;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management for senior positions, as well as a demonstrated track record of successfully coordinating an international team;

  • Excellent sense of organization;

  • Based in Prague or willing to relocate to Prague, and happy to travel regularly for events (worldwide).


  • Full-time Czech contract starting between September 1st and December 1st according to your availability;
