We are looking for a Contact center specialist. In this role, YOU support J&J employees in EMEA countries and assist them with all inquiries related to employee programs and services, policies, processes and procedures. You will be in collaboration with specialized teams. Understanding of HR aspects would be considered an advantage.

The responsibilities and impact YOU will have:

  • Receive HR-related inquiries from J&J employees via all channels (email, web form, chat or phone), clarify the need, respond to inquiries and assist in problem resolution

  • Fully detail all cases in the case management application

  • Advance complex transactions for resolution or contact with third-party vendors.

  • Report customer service issues to the contact center team leader, supervisor or manager as needed

  • Access enabling technology to respond to customer inquiries and transactions.

  • Respond to customer requests/inquiries (prioritizing where applicable) and perform key tasks and activities within the contact center in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines. Investigate problem areas and determine mitigation methods to resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating or escalating inquiries as appropriate to maintain effective and timely resolution.


We would like to hear from you, if you have:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience

  • Licence

  • A fluent level of German and English is essential

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Understanding of HR areas (benefits, compensation, HRIS, workforce data administration, HR generalist, employee relations) and procurement would be an asset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
